Cast to Screen

Free way to cast a recorded video or gameplay clip, photo, or PDF from your phone to a bigger screen (TV, laptop) — or go live with your phone camera — and control it with your phone as the remote. Peer-to-peer in your browser: scan a QR, tap Cast, watch it fullscreen. No app, no signup, nothing uploaded.

Scan the QR on your screen, or enter its code:

Cast a recorded video or gameplay clip, photo, or PDF, or go live with your phone camera — and control it all from your phone.

🔒 Peer-to-peer — nothing is uploaded; it goes straight from your phone to the screen (best on the same Wi-Fi). A live game or app can’t be captured by a browser — for that, use the free Screen Stream app.

Cast your phone to any screen — free, no app

Send a recorded video or gameplay clip, photo, or PDF from your phone to a bigger screen (TV, laptop, monitor), or go live with your phone camera — and use your phone as the remote. Open this page on the big screen, scan the QR with your phone, tap Cast, and it plays fullscreen. It’s peer-to-peer, so everything goes straight from your phone to the screen — nothing is uploaded.

How does it work?

The two devices connect directly using WebRTC (a free signaling broker just introduces them). For a video you get play/pause/restart from your phone; for a PDF you flip pages with your phone like a clicker. Works best when both devices are on the same Wi-Fi.

Can I go live with my camera?

Yes — tap 📹 Go Live on your phone and your camera streams to the big screen in real time, with a front/back toggle. Great for showing something live, a whiteboard, or yourself.

Can I mirror a live game or another app?

Directly from a phone browser, no — websites can’t capture your phone’s screen or other apps (a browser security limit). But there’s a free workaround: mirror your phone to a computer with a free tool (scrcpy for Android over USB, or AirPlay/QuickTime for iPhone to a Mac), then on that computer use 🖥️ Share screen / window here and pick the mirrored-phone window. Your live game or app then shows on any screen running the display. For a TV, AirPlay or Chromecast also work natively.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cast my phone to the TV with this?

Open this page on the big-screen device (TV browser or laptop) to get a QR code. On your phone, scan the QR (it opens already connected), then tap Cast — go live with your camera, or pick a video, recorded gameplay clip, photo, or PDF. It appears fullscreen on the big screen.

Can I use my phone's camera live?

Yes. After connecting, tap '📹 Cast — Go Live' and your phone's camera streams to the big screen in real time, with a front/back toggle. Great for showing something live or yourself.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything transfers peer-to-peer directly from your phone to the screen over WebRTC; a free broker only introduces the two devices. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Can I mirror a live game or another app from my phone?

Not directly — browsers can't capture your phone's screen or other apps, for security reasons. This casts files you pick (videos, recorded gameplay, PDFs, photos) plus your live camera. To mirror a live game, use the free Screen Stream app (it serves your screen to any browser on the same Wi-Fi), or AirPlay/Chromecast.

Why is my big video slow to appear?

Large videos transfer device-to-device before playing, so they take a moment — fastest when both devices are on the same Wi-Fi. PDFs and photos appear almost instantly.

Can I control playback from my phone?

Yes. Once it's on the screen, your phone becomes the remote — play/pause/restart for videos, and flip pages for PDFs.
